Uova Strapazzate Al Formaggio
|Single coffee cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||8 Small, beaten|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Finely chopped basil||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Finely chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Heat the butter and cream in a saucepan.
Add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tablespoons (2 1/2) of the cheese.
Scramble over a low heat until the eggs are just set.
Transfer to a warm dish.
Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and basil or parsley.
