Uova Strapazzate Al Formaggio

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Single coffee cream 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 8 Small, beaten
  Grated parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Finely chopped basil 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat the butter and cream in a saucepan.
Add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tablespoons (2 1/2) of the cheese.
Scramble over a low heat until the eggs are just set.
Transfer to a warm dish.
Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and basil or parsley.
