Ingredients
  Nonfat buttermilk 9 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Nonfat mayonnaise 5 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  No salt added tomato juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dried whole oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried whole basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk.
Cover and chill.
