Chicken And Pesto Pasta Salad
|Seashell pasta||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Chopped cooked chicken breast||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced red bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
|Sliced leek||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pesto||2 Tablespoon (Commercial One)|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2. Combine pasta and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
