|Carrots||3 , finely chopped|
|Potato||1 , peeled and chopped|
|Kidney bean||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Zucchinis||2 , chopped|
|Cabbage||1⁄4 , shredded|
|Beef stock||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned peeled tomatoes||800 Gram (2 Cans, 400 Gram Each)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1. Combine oil, butter and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes on high.
2. Add carrots and potato. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on high.
3. Add kidney beans, zucchini and cabbage. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on high. Add stock, undrained tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes on high, stirring occasionally.
