Ziti With Italian Sausage Bell Peppers And Mushroom Tomato Sauce

  Ziti 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Bulk italian sausage 2 Pound
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced fresh garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 , roasted, peeled and chopped
  Red peppers 2 , roasted, peeled and chopped
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon

Cook ziti according to package directions; drain.
Keep warm.
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned; drain fat.
Heat olive oil in medium skillet; add mushrooms and garlic.
Cook until tender.
Combine sausage, mushrooms, tomato sauce and roasted green and red peppers.
Cook over medium heat until heated through; toss with pasta.
Divide onto serving plates.
Sprinkle with olives, cheese and parsley.
