Ziti With Italian Sausage Bell Peppers And Mushroom Tomato Sauce

|Bulk italian sausage||2 Pound|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced fresh garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Green peppers||2 , roasted, peeled and chopped|
|Red peppers||2 , roasted, peeled and chopped|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cook ziti according to package directions; drain.
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned; drain fat.
Heat olive oil in medium skillet; add mushrooms and garlic.
Cook until tender.
Combine sausage, mushrooms, tomato sauce and roasted green and red peppers.
Cook over medium heat until heated through; toss with pasta.
Divide onto serving plates.
Sprinkle with olives, cheese and parsley.
