Creamy Italian Pasta Salad
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Real / Light / Cholesterol Free)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pasta||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained (Twists / Spiral)|
|Quartered cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
Stir in pasta, cherry tomatoes, green'pepper and olives.
