|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix ground beef, onion and green pepper in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until beef loses pink color, 5 to 9 minutes, stirring once to break up beef.
Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan.
Micro wave at HIGH (100%) 2 minutes.
Reduce power to MEDIUM-HIGH (70%).
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Microwave until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.
