Story
Chicken Piccata is a staple at most holidays at my house. I know it's not so traditional but it's dang yummy and is always a big hit. When I'm at my parents house on a holiday my mom is always in charge of the dish... For the first time EVER my mom let me make it this Thanksgiving! I was quite shocked and she was right over my shoulder the whole time. I didn't do so bad... It wasn't as good as hers but every last piece was eaten... :) Nikko
