Chicken Piccata In Broth
|Boneless skinless chicken breast||4 , tenderized if thick - you want them 1/3 inch or thinner|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon (Or More To Taste, - Sometimes I Put Some Into The Chicken While It's Simmering In The Broth)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Paprika powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 1 Stick)|
|Chicken broth||1 Can (10 oz)|
Beat eggs with lemon juice.
Combine flour with garlic and paprika.
Place chicken breasts in flour, then eggs then coat with the flour.
In a large skillet melt butter and brown chicken.
Add chicken broth to skillet and simmer covered for 20 minutes or until tender.
