Italian Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Green peppers 3 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Onions 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Sirloin steak 1 Pound, cut into thin strips (boneless)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine oil, green peppers, and onions in a 13"x9"x2" oblong baking dish. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are soft, stirring twice.
2. Add steak and seasonings. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 7 to 8 minutes, or until beef is cooked, stirring twice.
