Celery Milan Style
|Celery stalks||6 Large|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Instant chicken bouillon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, snipped|
Cut celery into 2-inch pieces (about 4 cups).
Heat celery, water and bouillon to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes; drain, Dot with margarine; cover and let stand until margarine is melted.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
