Celery Milan Style

Ingredients
  Celery stalks 6 Large
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, snipped
Directions

Cut celery into 2-inch pieces (about 4 cups).
Heat celery, water and bouillon to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes; drain, Dot with margarine; cover and let stand until margarine is melted.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
