Everyday Bruschetta

When you are in the mood for Italian, simply try Bruschetta. A simple, quick recipe makes all difference to the classic Bruschetta and gives an ultra-delicious taste to it.
Ingredients
  Bread slice 4 (Italian Style / Sourdough)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), cut in half lengthwise (Large Cloves)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Toast the bread under a broiler about 5" from the heat or on a grill.
While still hot, rub one side of each slice with the garlic, pressing the juice into the toast.
Spread the olive oil over the garlic-rubbed side of the toast with a brush or your fingers.
