|Bread slice||4 (Italian Style / Sourdough)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), cut in half lengthwise (Large Cloves)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Toast the bread under a broiler about 5" from the heat or on a grill.
While still hot, rub one side of each slice with the garlic, pressing the juice into the toast.
Spread the olive oil over the garlic-rubbed side of the toast with a brush or your fingers.
