|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat free mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried italian seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
To store, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
