Bruschetta With Tomatoes & Basil
|Garlic clove||1 Large, peeled and crushed|
|Extra virgin olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Vine ripe tomato||4 Medium|
|Fresh basil leaves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded|
|French baguette||1 , sliced crosswise into 1 -inch thick pieces|
Mix garlic and oil in a saucepan; warm on low heat to combine flavors.
Heat broiler or light grill fire.
Broil or grill bread until golden brown on both sides.
Place toast slices on large platter, then brush with flavored oil.
Mix tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper to taste in medium bowl.
Add remaining garlic and olive oil; mix.
Use slotted spoon to divide mixture among toast slices
