Bologna Cheese Bake

  Diced raw potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bologna 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Minced green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine potatoes, bologna, green pepper, onion and soup in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave 15 minutes on high, or until potatoes are tender.
Top with grated cheese.
Let stand, uncovered, until cheese is just melted.
