Easy Italian Grilled Veggies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Lemon pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Potato 1 Large, cut lengthwise into fourths
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cut lengthwise into half
  Yellow summer squash 1 Medium, cut lengthwise into half
  Bell peppers 2 Large, cut lengthwise into fourths and seeded
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Italian dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix butter and lemon pepper. Brush on potato, zucchini, squash, bell peppers and onion.
2. Cover and grill vegetables 4 inches from medium heat 10 to 20 minutes, turning frequently, until tender.
3. As vegetables become done, remove from grill to platter. Sprinkle with dressing.
