Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  Fresh basil leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs), packed
  Garlic cloves 2 Large
  Pine nuts 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Butter 1 Ounce, softened (2 Tablespoons)
Directions

Put the basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and oil in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
Add the cheese and butter and process a few seconds until just incorporated.
Taste and add more salt if needed.
