|Fresh basil leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs), packed|
|Garlic cloves||2 Large|
|Pine nuts||4 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Butter||1 Ounce, softened (2 Tablespoons)|
Put the basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and oil in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
Add the cheese and butter and process a few seconds until just incorporated.
Taste and add more salt if needed.
