Asparagus With Eggs Italian Style

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Eggs 4
  Asparagus 1 Bunch (100 gm) (Cooked And Hot)
  Grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toast slice 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic, cut in half, and cook slowly 1 minute.
Push garlic to one side and drop eggs into oil; cover and cook slowly 3 minutes, or until eggs are done.
Season with salt and pepper.
Discard garlic.
