Asparagus With Eggs Italian Style
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Asparagus||1 Bunch (100 gm) (Cooked And Hot)|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic, cut in half, and cook slowly 1 minute.
Push garlic to one side and drop eggs into oil; cover and cook slowly 3 minutes, or until eggs are done.
Season with salt and pepper.
