Ingredients
  Capers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), rinsed, drained, and chopped
  Pickled cocktail onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Can be made way ahead of time.
