Italian Green Herb Sauce

|Capers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), rinsed, drained, and chopped|
|Pickled cocktail onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Can be made way ahead of time.
