|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced, separated into rings|
|Tomatoes/1 can of 16 ounce whole peeled tomatoes, drained, chopped||4 Small, peeled, seeded, chopped|
|Sliced pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), lightly toasted|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Hot pepper sauce||5 Drop|
Preheat oven to 450F (230C).
Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Oil a baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer.
Arrange fish in oiled dish.
Prepare Sicilian Sauce; spoon over fish.
Cover with foil.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish tests done.
