Sicilian Steaks

  Swordfish steaks/Shark / tuna / wahoo / mahi mahi steaks 6
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced, separated into rings
  Tomatoes/1 can of 16 ounce whole peeled tomatoes, drained, chopped 4 Small, peeled, seeded, chopped
  Sliced pimiento stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), lightly toasted
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Capers 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Hot pepper sauce 5 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Preheat oven to 450F (230C).
Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Oil a baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer.
Arrange fish in oiled dish.
Prepare Sicilian Sauce; spoon over fish.
Cover with foil.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish tests done.
