Italian Style Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon, dried
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Lettuce 16 Cup (256 tbs), chilled
Directions

COMBINE oil, tomato paste, water, vinegar, cheese, sugar, onion, garlic salt and oregano in blender container; cover.
Blend thoroughly; chill.
Toss with lettuce just before serving.
