Pesto Coated Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch-thick cutlets
  Pesto 5 Tablespoon (Prepared, 1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Pine nuts 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking pan.
Combine pesto, sour cream and mayonnaise in small cup.
Brush over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and pine nuts.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
