Chicken A La Roma

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), thinly sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut up (1 In Number)
  Marinated artichoke hearts 6 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 8-inch square glass baking dish, place oil, onion, garlic and mushrooms.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 6 minutes.
Drain.
In 4-cup glass measure, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, olives, white wine, bouillon, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme and pepper.
Add onion, garlic and mushroom mixture.
Place chicken pieces in baking dish.
Add tomato mixture.
Cover.
Microwave at high (10) 18 to 21 minutes.
Arrange artichoke hearts around chicken pieces and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
