Grilled Bread With Italian Herbs
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh oregano/1.5 teaspoons dried oregano||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh rosemary/1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary||1 Tablespoon|
|Bread slice||12 , cut 1.5 inches thick (Italian Or French)|
1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil with oregano and rosemary. Beat with a fork to blend.
2. Prepare a medium fire in a grill, or use an existing fire. When coals are ashen, brush both sides of bread with herb oil and place along outer edges of cooking grid. Grill, turning once, 5 to 7 minutes, or until bread is lightly toasted and marked from the grill.
