Stuffed Shrimp With Italian Ham

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Romano cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Prosciutto slice 1 , finely chopped
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Jumbo shrimp 1 Pound (With Shells And Tails)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375°
2) In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, oregano, cheese, prosciutto, olive oil, salt, and cayenne.
3) Devein, wash, and drain the shrimp, without removing shells or tails.

MAKING
4) Using a sharp knife, make a slit in shrimps deep enough to flatten shrimp.
5) On a clean board, place shrimps shell side down.
6) Stuff each shrimp with the garlic stuffing.
7) In a shallow baking pan, pour cold water enough to cover the shrimps.
8) Arrange the shrimps in the baking pan.
9) Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until tender.

SERVING
10) Serve hot with small mixed salad if desired.
