Quick Zabaglione

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 6
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Marsala wine/Sweet sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Whisk egg yolks and sugar together in top of a double boiler set over simmering water.
Continue to whisk gently until mixture is tepid; then add Marsala and begin whisking vigorously until mixture is thick and foamy, 5 to 6 minutes total. Serve immediately in wine glasses.
