Italian Sausage Dinner
|Celery||4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Potatoes||2 Pound, pared and quartered (8 Medium Size)|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Italian sausage link||2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces|
In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish combine vegetables.
Drizzle oil over all; sprinkle with seasonings.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 35 minutes or till potatoes and celery are tender and meat is done, rearranging once.
Using slotted spoon, remove meat and vegetables to serving dish.
