Fontina And Vermouth

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Italian dry vermouth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Butter a heatproof serving platter with a lip. Pour vermouth onto platter and arrange overlapping slices of cheese in concentric circles on top.
2. Bake 5 to 8 minutes, or until cheese melts. To eat, dip bread sticks into cheese.
