1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch / 2 centimeter pieces (500 Gram)

1 1⁄2 , cut into bite size pieces
8 Clove (40 gm), peeled
125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
1 , juiced
Freshly ground pepper
Alternate beef, sausage, onion, pepper and garlic on skewers.
Place on ovenproof platter.
Mix oil, chili sauce, lemon juice, pepper and paprika together; brush over skewers.
Broil about 6 minutes on each side (depending on size) 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Baste once or twice.
Accompany with a spicy rice.
