Italian Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
  Italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped basil leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yellow onion 1 Medium (Peeled)
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded
  Zucchini 1 Medium, scrubbed
  Jicama 1 Small (Peeled)
  Fresh italian seasoned boneless chicken breasts 1 Pound (1 Package)
Directions

In large bowl, combine Italian dressing with basil.
Cut vegetables into chunks; place in dressing.
Cover and marinate 1 to 2 hours.
Prepare grill for cooking.
Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
On metal skewers, thread chicken chunks, alternating with marinated vegetables, until all ingredients are used.
Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
