Italian Chicken Kabobs
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped basil leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Yellow onion||1 Medium (Peeled)|
|Red bell pepper||1 Medium, seeded|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, scrubbed|
|Jicama||1 Small (Peeled)|
|Fresh italian seasoned boneless chicken breasts||1 Pound (1 Package)|
In large bowl, combine Italian dressing with basil.
Cut vegetables into chunks; place in dressing.
Cover and marinate 1 to 2 hours.
Prepare grill for cooking.
Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
On metal skewers, thread chicken chunks, alternating with marinated vegetables, until all ingredients are used.
Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
