1. In a bowl crack the eggs add salt and beat the eggs until fluffy.
2. Dip the steak meat in eggs and coat the steak with breadcrumbs, continue until all the steak meat is over.
3. Preheat the frying pan, pour oil and pan fry the steak meat until done and brown on both sides.
4. Once done place it on a paper towel and drain excess oil.
5. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the cotoletta alla Milanese along with a lemon wedge.
