Ingredients
  Egg yolks 6
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Marsala 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Put egg yolks into a heavy, round-bottom bowl.
Beat until thick and light.
Add honey.
Set into a saucepan half-filled with hot (not boiling) water.
Beat constantly over very low heat using a hand beater or whisk.
Slowly add the Marsala and beat until mixture is thick.
Pour into sherbet glasses, and serve warm or very cold.
