Linguine Toscano

Ingredients
  Linguine 1⁄2 Pound (Preferably Whole Wheat)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Canned crushed tomatoes with juice 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Dry oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Black olives 6 , sliced
  Parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large pan.
Saute" until onions are soft.
Add and simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes.
Add and cook 2 more minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
