Italian Style Brazzoli
|Beef round steak||2 1⁄4 Pound, cut in 1/2-inch cubes|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Basil leaf||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot cooked spaghetti||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Place meat in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. Drain; stir in parsley, salt, basil, pepper, garlic and water; recover.
3. Microwave on SIMMER for 20 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except spaghetti. Recover and continue cooking on SIMMER for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
