Italian Sausage Pineapple Bake
|Italian sausages/Old-world italian sausage||2 1⁄4 Pound (1 Kilogram)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce, juice reserved (1 Can, 566 Gram)|
|Onion||1 Small, quartered|
|Soy sauce||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
Put Italian sausages into a 13x9x2-inch (33x 23x5 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
Cut sausages into bite-size pieces, 6 pieces per sausage.
Return to pan.
Drain pineapple juice (3/4 cup or 200 ml) into blender container.
Add remaining ingredients except pineapple chunks.
Cover and process at CHOP until onion is finely chopped.
Add pineapple chunks to sausage and pour sauce into the pan.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
