I got this recipe from my mother in law and I revised a bit.
300 Gram, cubed
Ground mixed pepper seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Season the meat with freshly ground pepper. In a plate, put the flour and coat both the sides of meat with flour.
In a heated skillet add the olive oil and heat up. Fry the meat till both the sides turn brown. After that add the onions and celery, and cook for some time. Pour white wine into the skillet. Cook both the sides in wine. Add the cherry tomatoes and tomato paste. Sprinkle basil, add water and season with salt-pepper. Mix all together and cook for 30 mins or until the gravy thickens.
