Ossibuchi In Padella Part 1 – Preparing The Dish

I got this recipe from my mother in law and I revised a bit.
Ingredients
  Veal shanks 800 Gram
  Fresh tomatoes 300 Gram, cubed
  Chopped celery 250 Gram
  Chopped onions 120 Gram
  Wheat flour 5 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Ground mixed pepper seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White wine 200 Milliliter
  Water 200 Milliliter
  Basil 1 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Season the meat with freshly ground pepper. In a plate, put the flour and coat both the sides of meat with flour.

In a heated skillet add the olive oil and heat up. Fry the meat till both the sides turn brown. After that add the onions and celery, and cook for some time. Pour white wine into the skillet. Cook both the sides in wine. Add the cherry tomatoes and tomato paste. Sprinkle basil, add water and season with salt-pepper. Mix all together and cook for 30 mins or until the gravy thickens.
