Easy Healthy Pesto Chicken
This is a super easy recipe that tastes yummy!
|Chicken breast tenderloins/Regular chicken breasts||1 Pound|
|Pesto||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread 1/4 c pesto in a baking dish. Place chicken on top of pesto. Add the rest of the pesto (1/4 c) on top of the chicken. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes more or until chicken is done.
