Ingredients
  Veal steak 2 Ounce, boned
  Tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sieved
  Green pepper 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Mushroom pieces 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Oregano 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place veal on bottom of individual baking dish.
Add remaining ingredients; cover.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
