Agnello Al Forno With Potatoes

This is an Italian recipe for roasted lamb. You can cook this as a main dish for any celebration.
Ingredients
  Lambmeat slices 4
  Sliced potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White cooking wine 150 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Origano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium size mixing bowl mix the wine with the spices and the salt then marinate the meat for 15min or until desired. Place the marinated Lamb on a bake layer and pour all over the marinade, fill with the potatoes and sprinkle some salt and rosamary. Bake the lamb for 40min at 170°C
