Healthy Italian Salad

Our very simple version of preparing ITALIAN FRESH GREEN SALAD.
Ingredients
  Sliced lettuce 200 Gram
  Green olives 15
  Black olives 15
  Sweet corn 50 Gram
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 25 Gram
  Mozzarella cheese 2
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1 Pinch
Directions

In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients but the mozzarella. Prepare the dressing in a small bowl, add the lemon juice, the pepper, the olive oil, the salt and mixed well.

Place some of the mixed fresh salad in a serving plate and top with some cubes of mozzarella then spoon all over the dressing.
