Spicy Orata Al Forno

another easy fish recipe, with also few ingredients and just have to cook in oven or grill it...
  Orata 3 (Gilt Head Bream)
  Sliced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Sliced ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 3
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Black pepper powder To Taste
  Salt 2 Teaspoon

Season both sides of the fish with salt, garlic powder and black pepper powder. Put some pieces of ginger, garlic and bay leaves inside the slitted abdomen portion of the fish. Sprinkle some salt inside also. You can grill or bake inside the oven at 220 for 20 mins, giving 10mins for each side.
