Ingredients
  Ice water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Aniseed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Bulgur 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour ice water into a large bowl.
Crush aniseed with mortar and pestle.
Blend seasonings into the liquid.
Add pork and bulgur.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
