|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked chicken||12 Ounce|
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, melt butter over medium heat in large skillet.
Add onion and cook 3 minutes.
Stir in Dijon mustard and flour.
Very gradually whisk in chicken broth.
Bring broth to a boil and stir in lemon juice, peas and parsley.
When pasta is done, drain well.
Toss pasta and chicken with sauce; season to taste with salt and pepper.
