|Enriched linguine||12 Ounce|
|Broccoli stalks||4 Small, thinly sliced lengthwise|
|Butternut squash||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Carrot||1 Large, shredded|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Meatless spaghetti sauce||32 Ounce|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook linguine as package directs for 7 minutes.
Add vegetables; cook 5 minutes and drain.
In a medium saucepan, simmer spaghetti sauce 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Place pasta and vegetables in a large bowl.
Add sauce and cheese; toss well.
