Italian Style Chili

This Italian syle chili is a beef chili made with mushrooms and vegetables. Prepared with a tomato and basil sauce, the Italian style chili is cooked the canned tomato and mushroom liquid along with water. Spiced with chili powder, the Italian style chili also has pepperoni slices in it. flavored with beef bouillon, the Italian style chili fills you up deliciously.
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato basil pasta sauce||26 Ounce (Di Napoli. 1 Jar)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned whole tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained and broken up (1 Can)|
|Sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Sliced pepperoni||2 Ounce|
|Instant beef bouillon/3 beef-flavor bouillon cubes||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
In large kettle or Dutch oven, brown meat with onion; pour off fat.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish as desired.
