Ingredients
  Cubed potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bologna 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Cheese slices 2 Large, quartered
Directions

Heat oven to 350° (mod.).
Mix all ingredients except cheese in 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.
Bake covered 1 hr. 15 min.
Remove cover; top with cheese.
Broil until bubbly and browned.
