Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in skillet.
Add and saute until soft.
Remove skin, chop, and add to above.
Cook until done, stirring continuously, approx 5 minutes.
Add to above sauce.
Cook over low heat approx 10 minutes, until thick.
Add pasta and toss well.
Saute an additional 2 minutes.
Sprinkle on pasta
