Veal Scallopini Italiano
|Veal scallopini||4 (4oz ( 115 g ) each)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
– In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients and dredge scallopini with this mixture.
– In a large heated skillet, melt butter and saute veal scallopini at least 4 minutes each side. Put the meat on a serving dish and keep warm.
– Deglaze skillet with white wine, add herbs and tomato sauce then let mixture simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
– Pour seasoned sauce over veal scallopini.
