Zesty Italian Peasant Bread

Ingredients
  Italian bread shell 16 Ounce
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  Crumbled gorgonzola 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Blue, Or Feta Cheese)
  Snipped fresh rosemary/Oregano/basil/1 teaspoon dried rosemary/oregano/basil, crushed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Place bread shell on a lightly greased baking sheet. In a small mixing bowl stir together oil, garlic, and pepper; brush over bread shell. Sprinkle tomato, cheese, and snipped or crushed herb over bread shell. Bake in a 400° oven 10 to 15 minutes or until warm and cheese softens slightly. Cut into 12 wedges. If desired, garnish with herb sprigs
