Chicken Italian Style got a high 5 from all my friends who did taste this. Do bookmark this Chicken Italian Style recipe and make it as often as possible. Good one!
  Chicken breasts 2 , halved, boned, and skinned
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Sweet red peppers 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tomatoes 5 , seeded and chopped
  Packed parsley sprigs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Brown the chicken in the oil in a large skillet, turning to cook both sides.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Place the mushrooms, onions, and peppers in the skillet and cook over low to medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the skillet and stir.
Add the tomatoes, parsley, marjoram, thyme, and oregano.
Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the vegetables over the chicken as much as possible.
Cover and simmer until the chicken is tender, about 25 minutes.
