Italian Flam And Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Penne pasta 12 Ounce
  Diced lean ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Diced mozzarella cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Nonfat / Reduced Fat)
  Green bell pepper 1 , cut into thin strips
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into thin strips
  Scallions 4 , thinly sliced
  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons, Nonfat / Reduced Fat)
  Dijon mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Dried italian seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
2. Place the pasta in a large bowl. Add the ham, mozzarella, peppers, and scallions, and toss to mix.
3. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, and stir to mix well. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture, and toss to mix.
4. Cover the salad and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
